The use of services provided by e-smmboost establishes agreement to these terms. By using these services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

By accessing e-smmboost.com or purchasing any of the e-smmboost Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or to particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Service Agreement.

e-smmboost holds the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time. Customers who use the e-smmboost agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms and Conditions Agreement. The current revision date of the Terms and Conditions is listed above.

General rules

• You have to be 10 years or older to use our service.
• In the event of a technical fault, the buyer is obliged to inform the administration.
• Processing the order is possible if your profile is unlocked (public) to everyone and you have your profile picture set.
• Violation of Our Terms and Conditions may get your account permanently blocked.
• Cash & E-Check Payments are not accepted.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be auto-approved.

Refunds

• If we did not process the order because of a locked profile or invalid data, you will not get a refund. Be sure to always enter the correct information.
• If you specified invalid data and your order went to someone else, we are not going to refund or process the order for the correct address.
• You can receive the full reimbursement of your money if you haven’t started to receive your goods within 48 hours after they were paid.
• If all your views have been sent and done.
• If YouTube removes your video for violation of the conditions set in YouTube’s Terms of Service.
• If YouTube removes your video for copyrights infringement/scam/viruses/inappropriate content.
• You can apply for refund within the warranty period once in 24 hours.
• If you are ordering from several services, we will not refund in anyway.
• The warranty period and its presence / absence can be found in the description of the product you need.

Responsibility

• Processing the order is possible if your profile is unlocked to everyone and you have your profile picture set.
• We are not responsible for the deviations of the actual functioning of the service from the description because its evaluation may differ depending on the client of our services.
• We are not responsible for any consequences caused after you receive the order.
• In case an order is greater than the maximum quantity, we do not promise the corresponding implementation description.
• Refunds are issued if your video is not finished in our system or fail to deliver in 10 business days. (Large Quantity orders can take more than 30 days)
• Our guarantee becomes null and if your video violates YouTube’s Terms of Service.
